Marigza and Lourdes Ofilas for being chosen as the Secretary General of United Church of Christ in the Philippines.Bishop Reuel Norman and his father, Bishop Emeritus Juan A. Marigza are from Aringay,La Union Philippines and the older Marigza solemnized my wedding in UCCP-Agoo,La Union in June 11,1983.
